Who we are

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, work email address, organization, the topic you select and anything you write in the message field. If you send us a résumé we collect the information contained in it.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps. If analytics are enabled on this site, they are configured to collect aggregate usage data without cross-site tracking.

Information we do not collect

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not build advertising profiles from site visitors.

How we use information

• To respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to prepare a proposal
• To evaluate candidates for contract and permanent roles
• To operate, secure and improve this website
• To meet legal, tax and contractual record-keeping obligations

Client data during engagements

Data we access while delivering an engagement is governed by the contract, statement of work and any data processing agreement signed with that client, not by this policy. Our standard practice is data minimization, encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access separated between build and run, and returning or destroying client data at the end of an engagement on the client's instruction.

Where an engagement involves protected health information, federal tax information, criminal justice information or other regulated categories, we work under the specific safeguards required by the applicable framework and the client's own authorization boundary.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the business, such as our website host, email provider and form processor, and only to the extent needed to provide that service. We may disclose information where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained while there is an active business relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Candidate information is retained while you are being considered for a role and afterwards only with your agreement.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Write to privacy@leapworks360.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

This site is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
