The engineers selling this are the ones who will build it.
No account layer, no bench to staff, no handoff from the people who scoped the work to the people who deliver it. What follows is the capability depth our team holds, how we price to make trying us a small decision, and the questions you should be putting to us before you sign anything.
What you are actually buying
We only claim what we have built
Every capability we list maps to work our engineers have delivered hands-on. We stay precise about who did what and where, because that precision keeps a bid defensible and a teaming conversation short.
Practitioner-led
Everyone who sells the work also does the work. There is no account layer between you and the engineer who will build it.
Fixed-price first engagement
Scoped, capped and delivered against your own systems or data before anything larger is discussed.
No bench to feed
We turn down work outside our depth instead of staffing it and learning on your budget.
Built on enterprise delivery experience
LeapWorks360 is a small business founded by engineers with hands-on experience architecting, building and operating systems in complex production environments. What follows is capability depth our people hold, described without client names because that experience belongs to those programs. It is individual key-personnel history, not corporate past performance, and we keep that distinction straight in proposals as well as here.
End-to-end RPA lifecycle
Orchestrator architecture through hypercare, with KPI instrumentation so benefits are measured rather than asserted.
API and integration development
Event-driven and REST interfaces between systems that were never designed to exchange data.
Database engineering
Relational and dimensional design across on-premises and cloud-native engines, tuned for volume rather than for the demo.
ETL and data integration
Legacy ETL estates re-platformed onto managed services, proven in parallel run before any cutover date is committed.
Databricks and lakehouse
Medallion architecture from bronze ingest to curated gold marts, governed so one set of tables serves every consumer.
Dashboards and operational analytics
Executive and operational reporting on a governed semantic layer, replacing stale extracts with numbers teams trust.
Cloud and infrastructure architecture
Serverless foundations with credentials centralized, identity federated and infrastructure reproducible from a repository.
Document AI and applied AI
Extraction and retrieval over enterprise content, shipped with the evaluation harness that catches regressions before users do.
Proof before spend
We would rather lose an engagement in week two than in month nine.
Assess
Two to three weeks, fixed price, capped. We measure what is achievable on a live sample: accuracy, exception rate, effort removed, cost to run.
Prove
A narrow slice built end to end against real volume, plus a written recommendation, before any larger commitment.
Build
Two-week increments with working software at each. Security and accessibility review runs alongside, not as a gate at the end.
Run & hand over
We operate under SLA while your team ramps, then transfer with runbooks written for people who were not in the room.
The questions you should be asking us
Here is how we would answer if we were sitting on your side of the table.
Why start with us rather than an incumbent integrator?
Because the first engagement should be small enough that the decision is easy. We scope a capped, fixed-price assessment against your own systems, and the deliverable is a measurement and a written recommendation. If the numbers are not compelling, you have a decision-quality document for a small fixed cost and no further obligation. Larger scope gets earned that way rather than assumed, and we think that is how it should work with any vendor.
Can you join a prime's team on an active bid?
Yes. Technical volume content on your template, named key personnel with verifiable individual program history, and signed teaming agreements and NDAs inside a few business days. We are candid in proposals about the firm's age, because overstating it is how a team loses a protest.
What happens if we outgrow you?
We build for handover from the start: infrastructure as code, documented runbooks, and no proprietary wrappers around open tooling. If you take the work in-house or move to a larger integrator, nothing we built becomes a hostage. We would rather be re-hired than retained by lock-in.
Are you registered and insured for public sector work?
We are set up to contract with state and federal buyers and carry insurance typical for professional services engagements. Registration identifiers, certificates of insurance and our capability statement are available on request.
How do you price?
Fixed price for assessments and proofs, where scope is genuinely knowable. Time and materials for sustained build and run, where pretending otherwise just means padding. Not-to-exceed on every engagement, and we do not bill for our own ramp-up.
Don't take our word for it. Ask an AI.

Start with something small enough to be reversible.
A capped assessment against your own systems and your own data. A few weeks, a fixed number, and a written answer you can use whether or not you hire us again.
