Accessibility statement
Our commitment to accessible digital experiences, on this site and in what we build for clients.
Last updated: September 2026
Our commitment
LeapWorks360 is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
Standard we work to
We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is the benchmark referenced by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act for federal and federally funded programs.
Current conformance
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the content meets the standard, and we are aware that some areas have not yet been independently verified. We are stating this plainly rather than claiming full conformance, because an untested claim of conformance is itself a barrier to trust.
Measures already in place
- Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive elements
- All functionality operable without a mouse
- Text and interface colors tested against WCAG AA contrast ratios
- Animation and motion suppressed for visitors who set a reduced-motion preference
- Responsive layout that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320px width
- Form inputs with programmatically associated labels
Known limitations
- The site has not yet undergone a formal third-party audit or assistive technology user testing
- Third-party services linked from this site are outside our control and may not meet the same standard
Accessibility in what we deliver
For client engagements, accessibility review runs alongside development rather than as a gate at the end. Where a deliverable is subject to Section 508, we produce the conformance documentation the program requires and test with assistive technology rather than relying solely on automated scanning.
